Inserts for the Hexagonal Bat System

Streamline your production with our Hexagonal Bat System, designed for consistency and ease when throwing multiple pieces.

This system is made out of 1 cm thick water-resistant MDF and consists of a 30 cm master bat with insert slot, 2 size adapters and 3 insert tile sizes (12 cm, 16 cm, 20 cm). Secure it to your wheel with a non-slip bat mat and throw as usual. When finished, simply lift out the insert with your piece attached - no cutting, warping, or excessive handling - then swap in a new insert and keep working.
